Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed after 5:00 pm CT (Central Time) will begin processing on the following business day. We will contact you via the email from which the order was placed if additional information is needed for credit verification. Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
What happens next?
When your purchase has been shipped from the warehouse, you will receive a second email with tracking details.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept online payments thru VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB, & JCB credit card payments as well as Paypal & Apple payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or bank transfers.
Will I be charged sales tax?
For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase may be subject to applicable local tax, and will be calculated upon checkout.

When will I receive my order?
Order processing time is typically 1-3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Once your order has shipped, please allow 7-21 business days for US standard delivery, as our manufactures are located around the world.
Expedited shipping is not available at this time- all orders will be delivered via USPS Priority delivery.
We currently do not accept international orders.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive a shipping notification via email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You may also log into your account at anytime for shipping status.
What is the return policy?
We understand things don't always work out, and offer FREE returns on merchandise within 21 days of receipt. In the event of a returned item:
1. Locate your order number.
2. Email us at email@example.com with your order number & the item(s) you wish to send back.
3. If your request qualifies, you will receive a RMA number and prepaid UPS return label thru email.
4. Affix the label to the box, seal, and drop off any any UPS location or drop box.
Please note we only accept returns on unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in the original packaging.
Returns received without an RMA number will NOT be accepted.
TROPIC OF CANCER maintains the right to deny approval of a refund for products that are believed to be previously used.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed upon reaching us. Once processed and your refund issued, you will be notified via email. Please note, refunds may take up to several business days to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
